• for patients 40 kg to less than 60 kg: The recommended dose is 44.3 mg twice daily (5 mL twice daily)
  
• for patients 60 kg or more: The recommended dose is 53.2 mg twice daily (6 mL twice daily)
  

• Be cautious if you have a history of hypersensitivity reactions to Duvyzat 8.86 mg/mL or any of its components. Seek medical attention immediately if you experience symptoms such as rash, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing.
  
• Duvyzat can cause liver damage, leading to elevated liver enzymes and potentially severe liver injury. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is essential during treatment. Inform your healthcare provider of any symptoms suggestive of liver problems, such as jaundice, abdominal pain, or dark urine.
