• Patients should be closely monitored for cardiovascular disorders, especially coronary insufficiency, cardiac arrhythmias, and hypertension.
• Mechanism of action suggests that the zejula drug can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman. 
• The lactating women should avoid breastfeeding during treatment with niraparib dosage and for 1 month after taking the final dose.
