• Patients with brentuximab vedotin 50 mg should be monitored for signs and symptoms of neuropathy, such as hypoesthesia, hyperesthesia, paresthesia, discomfort, a burning sensation, weakness, or neuropathic pain. 
• Complete blood counts should be assessed before each dosage of inj brentuximab vedotin 50 mg, and more frequent monitoring should be considered for patients with Grade 3 or 4 neutropenia.
• Patients with brentuximab vedotin dosage should be closely monitored while on therapy for the emergence of possible bacterial, fungal, or viral infections.
• Brentuximab vedotin can cause fetal harm if used during pregnancy. Patients should report pregnancy promptly. Patients should avoid nursing while on brentuximab 50 mg.
