For patients under 40 kg, the dosing is 160 mg/m² taken orally two times every day for those without strong CYP3A4 inhibitors and 95 mg/m² taken orally 2 times every day for those with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors. This applies to all patients over 1 year of age and older. Every patient must talk with their healthcare provider (HCP) for appropriate dosing.

Warning & Precautions

  • Revumenib has been reported to result in potentially life-threatening differentiation syndrome. This syndrome is manifested by fever, weight gain, and breathing problems. If you experience any of the above-described symptoms, see your physician immediately for further management and follow-up.
  • This therapy has the possibility of prolonging the ‘QTc’ interval of an electrocardiogram, which can affect the heart's rhythm. Your heart will need to be checked on a regular basis. Do not use this medication along with those that prolong the QTc. Be sure to tell your doctor whether your heart has been weak for a long time.
  • The use of Revumenib 25 mg/110 mg/160 mg is not safe during pregnancy as it can result in damage to the fetus. These tablets should be avoided during pregnancy. Women who require this medicine should use contraceptive methods and inform their doctor if they become pregnant.
  • It is not advisable to breastfeed a child while Revumenib treatment is underway. The medication may enter breast milk and adversely affect the infant. Speak to your physician for other feeding alternatives.
