Niktimvo (axatilimab-csfr) is a colony-stimulating factor-1 receptor (CSF-1R)–blocking antibody used for the treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after the failure of at least two prior lines of systemic therapy in adult and pediatric patients weighing at least 40 kg.
Recommended Dosage: The recommended dosage of Axatilimab-csfr for adults and pediatric patients weighing 40 kg and above is 0.3 mg/kg, with a maximum dose of 35 mg, administered every 2 weeks.
