• Constipation with severe complications may occur following the administration of Erenumab. Monitor patients treated with this medicine for serious constipation and manage as clinically required.
• Development of hypertension and worsening of pre-existing hypertension may occur following the use of Aimovig injection. Monitor patients for development of hypertension, or worsening of pre-existing conditions, and consider whether stopping treatment is warranted if evaluation fails to set up a substitute etiology.
• The use of Aimovig injection is recommended in children or adolescents (aged under 18 years). The medicine has not been evaluated in this age population.
