• Tumor lysis syndrome (TLS) may occur in Beleodaq-treated patients with relapsed or refractory PTCL. Monitor patients with advanced-stage disease or high tumor burden and take appropriate precautions.
• Beleodaq can cause fetal harm if administered to a pregnant woman. The medicine may cause teratogenicity or embryo-fetal lethality because it is genotoxic and targets actively dividing cells. Women of childbearing age should avoid pregnancy while receiving the medicine.
